Simple is best sometimes!  Add it raw to a salad, saute in butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan, salt & pepper, or roast with sesame seeds and a dash of soy sauce or Balsamic vinegar.

We've had a few cold mornings here!  Thursday night we finished planting snow peas, shelling peas and Swiss chard just as the storm front moved through.  We had snow here Saturday morning and yesterday morning we had our first irrigation run starting at 7 a.m. - it was 13 degrees outside and needless to say, I wasn't too anxious to go get the water!  We're in full speed for planting and watching spouts popping through in the greenhouse.
